Return Policy

We want you and your child to love every product. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll share pickup or drop-off instructions.

Items must be in original packaging with all components (cards, mats, accessories) included. Personalised or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a free replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
